  I absolutely love Dr marshall but his staff is so awful. Every woman besides Karen in the front office should be fired! Their lack of respect is shocking to me. I have been seeing Dr marshall for what seems to be my whole life and my family are all also patients. This morning I called due to an insurance matter and I requested that I speak with Karen, I have known Karen a very long time and she knows my story so some insite and guidance from her is what I was looking for. Another woman got on the phone and stated that Karen was with a patient and would be a moment so I said I would wait. I refused to leave a message for her like the lady asked me to do since this had been my 2nd time calling and the woman in these exact words said "well she won't be picking up the phone" I have all morning to sit and would have waited but instead I was talked down to and disrespected. I called my Dr directly and spoke to him I try not to Contact him directly on his cell because he has staff but since his staff clearly treats people badly it was needed. As much as I will miss my Dr because he is wonderful, I will NEVER subject myself to such disrespect in what is supposed to be a professional setting. Tip for the office, ( keep karen ) fire your staff and find respectful people who want to help others. It is a Dr's office for goodness sakes.
